There's no compromise with a Honda battery powered mower. Honda's powerful motor offers the same power and torque as our GCV series gas powered engines. It's ready to tackle the toughest mowing conditions. Our design features a forced air system that drives fresh air over key components inside the motor, allowing them to stay cooler and perform well in demanding outdoor operating conditions.

12 AH lithium-ion battery
The HRX-BE comes standard with a 12 AH lithium-ion battery. It also has two battery bays, allowing you to easily add a second optional battery for additional run time. Each 12 AH battery can power approximately 45 minutes of run time, or about .37 acres, depending on your mowing conditions.

e-Select Drive: Simple, precision speed control
The HRX-BE offers Honda's exclusive e-Select Drive electric transmission, with precise speed control that's fully adjustable from 0 to 4 mph. It's easy and convenient to increase or decrease your speed with the touch of a button. And e-Select Drive offers incredible performance, with a rapid response time and a brisk ramp up speed.

The Versamow System™ helps you to mulch or partially mulch even in severe conditions. Just adjust the 10 position Clip Director to the right setting for your lawn.

The HRX has a convenient rear discharge door that improves maneuverability, eliminating the need for a separate discharge chute attachment. Clippings are directed out the bottom at the rear of the mower.
