Installation options are offered to customize your setup. This Spa ships Plug and Play ready for 120-Volt 15 Amp with a 1kW heater. The heater can be converted from a 120-Volt 1kW to 240-Volt 4kW with the installation of a 30 or 50-amp 240-Volt electrical service.

Once your spa leaves our facility, it will arrive within 15 business days. The spa will then be delivered curbside to your home.
Returns
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, we offer returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price.
